Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech maintenance, including 3+ years in supervisory roles; experience with CMMS, GMP, safety standards, and process troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include experience with potent compound manufacturing, FATs/SATs, predictive maintenance technologies, and developing maintenance teams.
