Associate Director - M&Q Site Learning & Development (L&D) IDAP/IDM

Role: Learning Architect for Lilly's Manufacturing and Quality platform, designing and maintaining training programs to ensure safety and quality within GMP-regulated environments. Responsibilities: develop platform-specific curricula aligned to manufacturing processes, partner with SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content currency, compliance, and effectiveness; oversee content governance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and represent the platform in cross-functional forums. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in curriculum design, training, or L&D within a regulated environment; strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills; familiarity with GxP, GMP, and digital learning tools. Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing and qualification practices, expertise in instructional design, organizational change management, and experience with systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
