Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years or advanced degrees (MS, PhD, PharmD) with relevant experience; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, oncology-focused Medical Affairs, specifically in lymphoma, leukemia, or cell therapies preferred. Skills: strong scientific/medical knowledge, experience translating complex data into strategies, excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
