Role: Associate Director, U.S. Medical Affairs for Lymphoma & Leukemia focusing on hematological malignancies, contributing to impactful cancer treatments, including CAR T-cell therapies. Responsibilities: lead strategic medical planning, serve as scientific partner to cross-functional teams (Field Medical, Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety), translate clinical data into actionable strategies, support medical education initiatives, co-lead advisory boards and stakeholder engagement, oversee medical review of materials, contribute to publication and evidence-generation strategies, manage project teams and budgets, and build external/internal relationships. Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years, MA/MS with 8+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, with significant oncology Medical Affairs experience, particularly in lymphoma, leukemia, or cell therapy. Expertise in evidence generation, scientific exchange, publication planning, and regulatory compliant medical review. Preferred Skills: advanced degree in life sciences, strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
