Role: Associate Director in U.S. Medical Affairs focusing on Lymphoma & Leukemia, supporting hematological malignancies treatment advancements. Responsibilities: lead strategic medical planning and execution, serve as scientific partner to cross-functional teams (Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Global Medical Affairs), translate clinical data into actionable strategies, co-lead advisory boards and stakeholder engagements, review scientific materials for compliance, contribute to publication and evidence-generation plans, manage cross-functional projects, and build external scientific relationships. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or similar), at least 8 years relevant experience including Medical Affairs in oncology, with lymphoma or cell therapy expertise preferred; strong understanding of evidence generation, scientific exchange, and regulatory compliance; excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
