Associate Director, Logistics

Role: Associate Director, Logistics, overseeing pharmaceutical supply chain operations domestically and internationally for Syndax's biopharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include managing transportation, warehousing, distribution, import/export, and logistics performance, with a focus on temperature-sensitive and serialized products, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, DSCSA, and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance) and external logistics providers to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels, as well as managing serialization data and resolving operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; 8+ years of progressive experience in pharma logistics or regulated industries; strong knowledge of GDP/GMP, cold chain logistics, and managing 3PLs and freight services; excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with serialization, regulatory compliance, and global distribution networks.
