Associate Director, Logistics

Role: Associate Director, Logistics, responsible for leading pharmaceutical logistics operations for Syndax's domestic and international supply chains, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, and regulatory standards. Objectives include optimizing transportation, warehousing, distribution, and import/export activities while maintaining quality, cost-efficiency, and patient focus. Responsibilities encompass managing logistics service providers, overseeing serialization data management, coordinating with Quality on temperature excursions and deviations, and analyzing logistics performance and costs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related; 8+ years in regulated pharma or biotech logistics, with experience managing 3PLs, cold-chain logistics, and international distribution. Skills include strong knowledge of GDP/GMP, analytical and strategic planning, and excellent communication.
