Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose manufacturing strategies related to Parenteral, Dry or Device products
- Manage site product portfolios: capture and pursue business opportunities/challenges
- Influence and provide support for Site Business and Long-Range Plans
- Support Site and Global S & OP processes
- Lead introduction and deletion of products and pack changes
- Manage outsourcing or product deletion
- Serve as site SME for supply chain projects and support enhancements to Supply capabilities
- Assist in special projects or improvement opportunities as identified
- Support Commercialization Projects within IDAP and IPM
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Experience with SAP
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide visa/work authorization sponsorship (examples listed: F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1)
