Associate Director, Launch Excellence

Responsibilities:
- Partner with U.S. Brand/Launch Leads to develop, optimize, and execute launch readiness plans for assigned launches.
- Lead and facilitate U.S. cross-functional launch workstreams across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical, Legal/Compliance, and Supply Chain.
- Build relationships with U.S. brand teams and key functions; secure sponsorship; escalate key risks/trade-offs/decisions.
- Define and track KPIs for U.S. launch readiness and success; build dashboards/insights for leadership.
- Support U.S. launch budget planning/forecasting; monitor spend vs. plan with Finance/budget owners.
- Proactively identify launch risks/issues; facilitate mitigation and track to resolution; escalate barriers impacting timing/readiness/performance.
- Conduct post-launch reviews; document learnings; update templates/tools; recommend process improvements.
- Improve operational efficiency by removing barriers and clarifying decision points/owners.
- Lead special projects assigned to improve launch readiness, tools, reporting, or operating mechanisms.
- Translate complex business obstacles/opportunities into workplans, options, and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical experience supporting U.S. commercial launch planning/execution; launch management and/or project leadership strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience influencing complex U.S. product launches in a matrix environment.

Skills/Abilities:
- Matrix leadership/influence; drive execution without direct reports.
- Strong U.S. market knowledge (commercialization planning, supply chain, regulatory, medical/legal/compliance, market access).
- Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation.
- Adaptability; collaboration; analytical and continuous-improvement mindset.

Also good to have:
- Approximately 20% domestic travel.
