Position Summary:
Hospital Key Account Manager (KAM) – Neuroscience (field-based, >80% in the field), reporting to a KAM Director. Develops stakeholder engagement strategies in targeted key accounts to optimize COBENFY access, educate on COBENFY value, and drive overall adoption. Works cross-functionally (Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Patient Services) on launch execution, market expansion, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build account plans using customer objectives, stakeholder mapping, and market dynamics.
- Lead account-specific strategies with cross-functional partners to support adoption in hospital/health systems.
- Coordinate matrix activities to improve account outcomes.
- Optimize COBENFY access via formulary management and P&T process; advocate to improve formulary position.
- Monitor protocols/pathways changes; advocate for open access.
- Coordinate EMR/EHR updates with HIT specialists.
- Engage hospital decision makers to develop economically accretive solutions for population health.
- Lead discussions on reimbursement/outcomes; leverage economic data.
- Serve as BMS neuroscience contact; maintain long-term relationships and educate C-suite/finance/pharmacy/operations.
- Analyze market data; conduct account reviews.
- Identify pain points/inefficiencies; support system-level decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- BS/BA required; 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
- Required: hospital and IDN experience; direct provider and payer experience.
- Required: U.S. healthcare system knowledge; payment models, P&T process, formulary/reimbursement, pathways/protocols, EMR/EHR, pharmacy planning/operations.
- Required skills: customer-centric approach, leadership without authority, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking/problem-solving, strong communication/presentation, critical thinking.
- Preferred: psychiatry/schizophrenia expertise, sales leadership/marketing/home office, people management.
- Valid driver’s license within 50 U.S. states.
