Responsibilities:
- Lead global tax strategy and planning to optimize effective tax rate and cash tax position.
- Provide technical expertise on U.S. international tax matters (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, OECD Pillar Two).
- Support M&A, restructurings, and global expansion through tax planning and modeling.
- Ensure accurate reporting, including CFC filings, Forms 5471/8858, and country-by-country reporting.
- Develop/maintain tax models to forecast effective tax rates and cash taxes.
- Deliver data-driven insights; identify/manage global tax risks; maintain internal controls; support audits and tax authority inquiries.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and executive leadership.
- Support global transfer pricing strategy (policies, intercompany agreements, audit defense).
- Lead external advisor relationships, process improvements, and tax technology enablement.
- Support international tax compliance and global tax provision (ASC 740 / IFRS).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/related field (Master’s in Tax preferred).
- 8–10+ years international tax experience (public accounting and/or multinational).
- Deep U.S. international tax expertise (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT) and familiarity with OECD Pillar Two.
- Preferred: tax provision (ASC 740), global compliance/reporting processes; build tax models for forecasting/scenarios; OECD Pillar Two implementation; public company/high-growth experience.
- Preferred: ERP/tax tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneSource); CPA/JD/MST or equivalent.

Benefits/Pay (if applicable): Hybrid (Cambridge, MA). Pay range: $170,000–$230,000. Eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive awards.
