Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Functional Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, shape initiative direction, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead delivery of ICEx priority programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment to business strategy, scope, dependencies, risks, and desired outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams; contribute to delivery, problem solving, and issue resolution.
- Translate complex priorities into structured execution plans, stakeholder materials, and leadership updates.
- Build and sustain relationships across senior leaders, functional partners, and project teams.
- Apply constructive challenges and strong business judgment to reach the best business solution.
- Evaluate strategic risks/dependencies and help navigate ambiguity with confidence and structure.
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestone tracking, dashboards, and communications plans.
- Lead/support change management messaging, executive communications, and business updates to drive adoption.
- Act as a communications champion by strengthening narrative development and audience-specific messaging.
- Connect innovation, business process optimization, and technology adoption to ICEx strategic priorities.
- Promote operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and best practices across global/area/affiliate teams.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in business, finance, technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years leading/supporting large cross-functional/global initiatives in transformation/consulting/business operations/program management.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner influencing decisions and driving alignment.
- Exceptional oral/written communication; ability to craft executive-ready updates and change-management messaging.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leaders.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable, value-driven messaging.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; practical solution design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and create structure.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and collaborative style in a global matrixed environment.
- Ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
Preferred:
- Experience in strategic/change communications, stakeholder engagement, or executive messaging in a commercial setting.
- Experience in business process optimization, innovation delivery, or transformation programs.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project/process improvement certification.
