Role Summary
Associate Director, International Marketing – Pan-Immunology Strategic Marketing. This role leads strategic planning, governance, and alignment of marketing initiatives across immunology indications, driving portfolio-wide priorities in partnership with global and affiliate teams. Develops strategic business plans and frameworks for cross-indication aspects and collaborates with matrixed functions to support immunology marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements portfolio-level marketing strategies to maximize patient, HCP, and stakeholder impact across diverse immunology indications.
- Ensures alignment and coordination between IMCO, US, Area, and affiliate country-level immunology teams.
- Facilitates strategic prioritization, resource distribution, and governance, considering regulatory and scientific nuances in immunology.
- Maintains two-way dialogue with IMCO/Area/Affiliate leaders to ensure portfolio strategy aligns with local needs.
- Keeps current on immunology pipeline developments, competitive landscape, emerging science, and patient journey evolution.
- Identifies, analyzes, and translates portfolio, product, brand, customer, patient, and other information to frame business problems and strengthen brand plans across Immunology.
- Directs cross-Immunology and above-brand research efforts and understands the healthcare business environment, including international markets, payers, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
- Analyzes financial and market results to optimize business plans; assists in developing financial plans (Annual plans and LRP).
- Develops and articulates portfolio marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by TAs and countries, and financially/clinically supported.
- Continuously applies business and financial acumen to Immunology and per product/TA.
- Leads projects to deliver high-quality work on time and ensures regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.

- Experience with interpersonal change management and culture change is preferred.

- Ability to achieve results through a matrix organization and earn respect from peers and management.
- Ability to engage and motivate Area and Affiliate Brand Team leaders.
- Willingness to travel at least 20%.
- Qualifications:
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
- Experience and proven track record in Immunology; Dermatology experience is desired.
- Multiple experiences within commercial pharmaceutical roles (Brand, MHC, Sales, BD, NPD).
- Understanding of cross-functional impacts and marketing concepts within strategic planning.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in international product launches.
