Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead cross-functional teams and International affiliates to generate effective brand strategies and competitive readiness plans that deliver business results
- Identify, analyze, and translate product/brand/customer/patient information to frame and solve business problems and build marketing plans
- Direct research team efforts in primary research projects; understand the healthcare business environment (International markets and payers, distribution channels, pricing strategies)
- Analyze financial and market results to optimize business plans; support development of financial plans (Annual plans and LRP)
- Monitor and lead International marketing programs and activities within budget constraints while understanding financial performance
- Develop and articulate executable marketing strategies that are impact-driven and clinically/financially supported (product/indication/channel)
- Segment markets, select target audiences, and position effectively
- Evaluate promotional tactics for effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control)
- Lead projects to deliver high-quality work products on time
- Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed

Basic (Required Skills/Requirements):
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership competencies: influence management, gaining consensus, leading through ambiguity, handling multiple partners
- Strong business writing and oral communication; experience developing presentations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of communications
- Planning, project/time management, decision-making, and organizational/partner management
- Achieve results through people in a matrix organization
- Ability to engage with and motivate Area and Affiliate Brand Team leaders
- Travel at least 15%

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products
- 3–5 years of oncology experience desired; proven track record in solid tumors
- Multiple commercial pharmaceutical roles (Brand, Market Access, Sales, BD, NPD)
- Understanding of how other functional areas and decisions impact outcomes
- Knowledge of marketing concepts in strategic planning
- Financial planning and analysis skills
- Experience in International product launches
