Job Responsibilities
- Lead International Market Analytics & Business Intelligence (IMABI) for RINVOQ DERM (Atopic Dermatitis, Allopecia Areata, Non-Segmental Vitiligo), serving as a trusted partner for brand research and analytics.
- Independently identify business questions; plan, implement, communicate results, and align brand strategies/strategic plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams for launched and launching indications; mine custom research and data to identify growth opportunities and track market changes.
- Support brands with KPI tracking, Monthly Brand Performance reviews, and secondary research deep dives (e.g., syndicated chart audits, IQVIA MIDAS); track brand/competitor performance for faster decisions.
- Partner with Area/Key Affiliate contacts to co-create and execute plans and ensure consistent market understanding.
- Lead continuous brand planning using patient journeys, market/trend insights, and competitive activity; address patient/HCP knowledge gaps.
- Provide strategic insights to Differentiation/Standard of Care and Advanced Customer Engagement; guide launch strategies and portfolio management (3β5 year view).
- Contribute to annual Long Range Planning (LRP) with market share and competitor assumptions; deliver integrated analytics.
- Ensure IMABI work is on time, within budget, and compliant.
Qualifications & Skills
- BA/BS required; MBA/MA preferred; study in market research/marketing/social science; statistical knowledge a plus.
- 7β10 years in Marketing Analytics/Business Intelligence; experience developing Market Research/Analytics Plans.
- Experience synthesizing primary/secondary, quantitative/qualitative data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling; ability to influence cross-functional global/affiliate teams.
- Agile, collaborative; strong business acumen; effective across all organization levels.
- Ability to use advanced analytics and LLMs via prompt-based exploration.
- Immunology a plus; Gastroenterology/Dermatology a plus.
