Associate Director, Digital Patient Ecosystem (Exceptional Patient Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and evolution of the digital patient ecosystem, including OneCRM (international Patient Support Programs), myAbbVieCare (patient-facing websites), AbbVie Care Connect (secure patient-to-PSP referrals), and PACE (digital-first patient interactions); enable Future Fit readiness for continuous improvement aligned to the International Operating model.
- Lead ecosystem implementation and adoption across prioritized affiliates and brands by ensuring flawless execution of Activation and Implementation Frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment/activation processes to reduce time-to-market in a highly matrixed environment.
- Generate value through enhanced PSP data capabilities: leverage/enhance real-world PSP data; establish and report a digital maturity and impact measurement framework; apply retrospective and predictive analytics to identify data-driven improvements.
- Steward the operating model for governance, operational excellence, and compliance; mitigate risks.
- Lead fiscal planning for the digital patient experience capability (budget forecasting and management for strategic and capital expenditure).
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee cross-functional partnership/co-creation activities; lead senior stakeholder engagements.
- Create a high-performance culture: set goals, manage performance, and develop talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Digital Health, Life Sciences, or related Business Management; masterโs preferred.
- 10+ years leadership experience in digital health, or significant experience in bio-pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud or related CRM technologies.
- Expertise delivering digital programs with complex operations/workflow management.
- Demonstrated use of data/analytics to drive actionable decisions.
- Experience with AI platforms and AI literacy.
- People leadership and talent development track record.
- Strategic thinking, influencing, and strong execution.
