Role Summary
Leading innovation and portfolio marketing strategy across the US Specialty portfolio. This role modernizes commercial models and accelerates digital enablement, while cultivating future-ready marketing capabilities to drive growth for all Specialty brands.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic development and execution of Innovation & Portfolio Marketing initiatives for the entire US Specialty portfolio, ensuring alignment with business-wide objectives and executive direction.
- Champion partnership excellence by orchestrating seamless, value-driven collaborations across marketing, sales, analytics, IT, and enterprise resources like Digital Lab, APEX, and BTS to solve challenges and unlock opportunities for Specialty brands.
- Enable and scale portfolio innovation by guiding omnichannel strategy evolution, leading enterprise-level digital initiatives and sharing cutting-edge best practices for broader adoption.
- Advance "Marketer of the Future" education by identifying upskilling needs across the portfolio, designing learning initiatives with Brand and Marketing Excellence teams, and catalyzing personalized and omnichannel marketing capability across all brands.
- Serve as influencer and connector within matrixed teams—driving alignment, building consensus, and delivering results through strong stakeholder management rather than formal authority.
- Manage, coach, and develop the direct report, instilling a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proven track record designing and deploying strategic marketing programs at scale across brands or business units.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, omnichannel trends, and enterprise enablement within healthcare.
- Effective communicator and people leader, able to coach talent and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
