Associate Director, Influencer & Social Media Marketing

Role Responsibilities / How you will contribute:
- Develop and own KPI-driven influencer strategies aligned to brand imperatives and patient insights; ensure integration across consumer and digital/media mix.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers/creators/celebrities (across tiers) and HCP digital opinion leaders.
- Oversee platform-native influencer content creation at scale; extend content across channels and into live activation opportunities.
- Lead influencer guidelines/processes; educate and collaborate to drive organizational alignment.
- Plan and run influencer summit meetings; co-create content via authentic patient storytelling.
- Partner with omnichannel and consumer marketing strategy leads to integrate influencer marketing across the digital ecosystem and include patient ambassador testimonial content.
- Facilitate scopes of work/partnership agreements ensuring compliance with regulations, privacy laws, disclosures, and company policies.
- Develop influencer onboarding, training, and governance for compliant content, fair balance, disclosures, AE reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with Legal/Ethics & Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, and Pharmacovigilance to manage risk and ensure brand safety.
- Manage performance and track ROI, brand safety, sentiment, reach, engagement, and audience impact.
- Optimize influencer mix, platforms, creative strategy, and budget based on insights.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA minimum.
- 7+ years consumer marketing, digital/social media marketing and/or PR; at least 3+ years managing influencer programs; 3+ years in pharma/healthcare.
- Demonstrated success building social/digital ecosystems and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong TikTok, Instagram, YouTube knowledge and US creator culture.
- Experience with agencies, influencer platforms, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Contract negotiation, partner onboarding, and content governance experience.
- Excellent project management/communication; strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Results-driven ownership and resilience; data-informed decision-making.
- Courageous change leadership.

Desired Qualifications:
- MS/MBA.
- Prior pharma launch experience.
- Dermatology or immunology commercial experience (e.g., psoriasis).
