MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, the Associate Director, Indication Marketing Lead, US leads efforts to develop and execute promotional tactics to support approval and commercialization of the potential indication of KIMMTRAK (Tebentafusp) in 2L+ metastatic cutaneous melanoma.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development of US marketing strategic and operational plans for pre-launch/launch.
- Execute pre-launch and market development activities for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels.
- Develop and align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives.
- Ensure key brand messages and materials are communicated at sales meetings.
- Manage promotions budget; set goals/metrics and measure performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (field sales, sales training, market planning, regulatory/compliance).
- Partner with US Marketing leads to develop promotional materials for HCPs, patients, caregivers, and APs.
- Manage vendor relationships, including promotional agency of record.
- Foster a Growth Mindset/HPT culture across marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Align with overarching US Marketing Strategy across indications and support UM as needed.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree + 9 years; or BS/BA + 11 years; or equivalent.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech product marketing, field sales, or market research/analysis; biotech/pharma marketing.
- Product launch experience (strongly preferred); oncology experience (strongly preferred).
- Understanding of FDA communication regulations (CFL/SIUU).

- Advanced communication skills; presentation.
- Advanced FDA promotional regulations knowledge and experience with Legal/Medical/Regulatory review.

Benefits/Compensation (US)
- Medical, dental, vision, time off, 401(k), and participation in annual incentive plans.
- Salary range: $170,000–$202,500.
