Role: Lead global Digital Forensics and Incident Response team within a biopharma manufacturing environment, focusing on cybersecurity threat detection, malware analysis, and incident management. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies for threat analysis, attack mitigation, and forensic investigations across various operating systems and network protocols; build and maintain a skilled team; partner with Security Operations, Data Loss Prevention, and Threat Intelligence teams; develop new tools and technologies; support internal investigations and eDiscovery processes; mentor staff and manage project portfolios. Requirements: college degree in a technical field; 8+ years leading cross-functional cybersecurity or digital forensics teams; strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills; experience with network and endpoint analysis, cyber incident lifecycle, and TTPs; project management expertise and proficiency with enterprise tools. Preferred: advanced degree in cybersecurity or related discipline; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC-GC etc.; experience in biopharma or manufacturing sectors; development of enterprise incident response programs.
