Associate Director, Incentive Compensation and Field Reporting

Role: Associate Director, Incentive Compensation & Field Reporting within Amylyx's Commercial Operations, focusing on designing and managing incentive plans for customer-facing teams and developing data-driven field performance reports. Responsibilities: lead plan design including objectives, measures, and payout mechanics; build modeling for goal attainment and financial impact; establish governance standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal) on goals, quotas, and deployment; oversee plan administration and communication; develop and manage field performance dashboards; gather requirements, validate data, and support reporting adoption; monitor plan effectiveness and optimize insights; manage vendor relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; 8+ years of experience in biotech/pharma commercial or sales operations, with proven expertise in incentive plan design and field reporting; strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, BI tools, CRM, and incentive platforms preferred.
