Corporate Functions
The Associate Director, Immunology Finance will provide financial leadership and business support for the Rheumatology.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead all aspects of the SG&A planning processes (Plan/LBE/LRP), ensuring deliverables are accurate, clear, concise, aligned with business strategy, and ready for Executive review/approval.
- Work with business partners to develop financial models incorporating market dynamics and brand strategy.
- Be a strategic partner for US Rheumatology; provide clear, concise deliverables for Executive management review.
- Work with partners to ensure adequate resourcing to successfully launch functional assets.
- Decision Support/Special Projects: provide analyses for ad hoc/business presentations to inform tactics/strategy to meet LRP objectives.
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting for functional strategic projects and P&L actuals.
- Talent Development: delegate to, coach, and develop staff to sustain a high-performing team.
- Perform responsibilities with high self-motivation and autonomy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- 10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Proactively search out and evaluate business problems/opportunities; direct efforts to achieve results.
- Demonstrated problem-solving/analysis using AbbVie financial policies (CFMs) and GAAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: MBA in Accounting/Finance and/or CPA/CMA.
- Preferred: multi-division experience and knowledge of the financial planning process.
- Preferred: solid understanding of automated accounting systems (e.g., TM1) and accounting applications.
