Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner support to Business Insights & Technology and Law & Policy leaders to maximize organizational performance.
- Deliver organizational and talent solutions (organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, culture change) using business/people strategy and external best practices.
- Align corporate/function strategies with people strategy; use metrics/analytics to monitor effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to assess external environment and define future workforce requirements; deploy COE programs/processes.
- Lead collaboration as ONE People team; guide HR Business Partners, COEs, and People Services for global deployment.
- Analyze data/trends to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce plans.
- Support succession planning, talent retention, and pipelining for external talent.
- Serve as Strategy & Operations leader for the corporate functions HRBP team.
Qualifications / Required/Preferred Skills:
- BA/BS; Advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10+ years HR-relevant business experience.
- Expertise in talent management (end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, DEI).
- Data/analytics experience to drive business and talent decisions.
- Experience leading change management and end-to-end organizational design.
- Strong business acumen, systems thinking, coaching/executive advisory; leadership in matrix/global environments.
- Experience with succession management, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.
