Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Health Economic & Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies for oncological conditions affecting US or Global populations.
- Serve as HEOR subject-matter expert in COA, RWE, FDA, EMA, and healthcare systems.
- Lead and conduct innovative research.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders/leaders on research opportunities and publications.
- Manage project delivery and budget.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Masterβs degree in Statistics, Health Economics & Outcome Research, Epidemiology, Health Service Research, or related field; plus 2 years of clinical or research work experience in HEOR.
- 2 years of experience in one or more core HEOR specialties (epidemiology, biostatistics, patient reported outcomes, health services research, and/or economics).
- 2 years performing HEOR projects from inception through publication and application.
- 2 years preparing and presenting complex scientific programs and data (written and oral) to cross-functional and non-scientific audiences.
- 2 years applying knowledge of COA, RWE, FDA, EMA, or the healthcare ecosystem to HEOR research for patient access.
- 2 years collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Alternative
- PhD in the listed fields with 1 year of clinical or research work experience in HEOR.
