Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) - Northeast

Role: Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Northeast, a field-based, non-sales strategic engagement role within Regeneron's Hematology Marketing team. Objectives: foster meaningful discussions with key external hematology thought leaders, gather insights, and support educational initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, coordinate engagements at conferences and advisory boards, support speaker bureau activities, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access teams to align strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in pharma/biopharma with experience in thought leader engagement, hematology/oncology, or related roles; knowledge of biologics marketing and industry regulations; strong project management skills. High-Value: hematology (including bispecifics), therapeutic areas, physician interactions, advisory boards, speaker programs, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Northeast US, with regular travel (60–80%).
