Position Summary
Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK): senior in-market role focused on commercial Thought Leader (TL) engagements to gain regional insights, bridge regions and HQ, support brand strategy, promote Speaker training/development, execute peer-to-peer education, and support regional congress activity.
Territory: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Saint Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
- Support approved Advisory Boards (identify HCP consultants; facilitate/attend).
- Support disease-state and approved on-label product conversations using approved promotional and PReP materials.
- Engage assigned TLs and solicit feedback; participate in congresses/industry meetings.
- Conduct 1:1 HCP meetings; attend congress sessions.
- Provide input to sales speaker management/account plans; identify/develop HCP Speakers.
- Provide refresher/follow-up speaker training; host and ensure compliant execution of branded/unbranded speaker programs.
- Monitor speaker performance and work with HQ cross-functional teams to inform strategy execution.
Compliance & Integrity
- Perform with professionalism in accordance with applicable policies, laws, regulations, industry codes, and Principles of Integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
- 5+ years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Marketing/sales management/launch experience.
- Thought leader engagement, advisory boards, speaker’s bureau.
- Manage large geography; strong stakeholder relationships; business acumen; strong communication and organizational skills.
