Position Summary
Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) – senior in-market US Hematology/Cell Therapy role focused on thought leader (TL) engagements, bridging regional markets and HQ, supporting brand strategy, speaker training/development, peer-to-peer education, and regional congress activity. Territory: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights for strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
- Support approved advisory boards (assist HCP consultant identification; facilitate/participate/attend).
- Support disease state and approved on-label physician discussions using approved promotional/PReP materials.
- Engage with assigned TLs; solicit feedback.
- Attend congresses/industry meetings; conduct 1:1 HCP meetings.
- Collaborate with field and home office teams on speaker management and engagement; identify/develop HCP speakers; provide refresher/follow-up speaker training.
- Ensure compliant execution of branded/unbranded speaker programs and monitor speaker performance.

Compliance & Integrity
- Maintain professionalism and comply with applicable policies, laws, industry codes, and Principles of Integrity.

Required Qualifications
- BS/BA required.
- 5+ years product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
- 5+ years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
- Strong business acumen; clinical knowledge; effective verbal/written communication; organizational skills; manage large territory; stakeholder relationship skills; ability to execute under short timelines.
- Business travel regularly; evenings/select weekends as needed.

Preferred
- Marketing/Sales Management and/or launch experience.
- Thought leader engagement, advisory boards, speaker’s bureau experience.
