Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK)

Position Summary
- Senior in-market role within the US Hematology/Cell Therapy commercial organization focused on Thought Leader (TL) engagements to gain insights into regional opportunities.
- Bridge between regional markets and headquarters; support regional brand strategy.
- Support promotional speaker training and development; execute peer-to-peer educational programs.
- Support regional congress activity.

- Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Saint Louis, MO (Great Lakes)

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
- Support execution of approved Advisory Boards.
- Assist in identification of HCP consultants per approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief.
- Facilitate, participate in, and attend advisory boards as appropriate.

Regional and National Physician Discussions
- Support disease state and approved on-label conversations using approved promotional messaging and PReP-approved materials.
- Engage assigned TLs and solicit feedback.
- Participate in and attend congresses and other industry meetings.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs.

Compliant Collaboration with Field/Home Office Teams
- Provide input/support to develop account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement.
- Identify and develop HCP Speakers for compliance promotional education.
- Provide refresher/follow-up training to Speakers on PReP-approved speaker materials.
- Host and ensure compliant execution of branded and unbranded speaker programs per BMS guiding principles.
- Monitor speaker performance at live programs.
- Work with home office Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
- Assist with home office brand strategy development and regional execution.

Compliance & Integrity
- Maintain professionalism and comply with applicable policies, laws/regulations, industry codes, and Principles of Integrity.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
- Minimum 5 years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (or higher).

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience.
- Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and speakerโ€™s bureau.

Travel/Work Schedule
- Regular business travel by air or car.
- Willingness to work evenings and select weekends.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (United States): US $164,990โ€“$199,933 (starting range; final based on experience). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
