Responsibilities:
- Provide key customer insights to cross-functional teams; support strategy, tactics, messaging, and approved Advisory Boards.
- Identify and engage HCP consultants; facilitate/attend advisory boards.
- Support disease state and approved on-label product discussions using approved promotional/PReP materials.
- Engage assigned Thought Leaders (TLs) for feedback; participate in congresses/industry meetings; conduct HCP 1:1s and attend congress sessions.
- Support peer-to-peer educational programs, promotional speaker training/development, and regional congress activity.
- Collaborate with Sales/Speaker Management on account plans; identify/develop HCP speakers; provide refresher/follow-up training on approved speaker materials.
- Ensure compliant execution of branded/unbranded speaker programs; monitor speaker performance.
- Work with field and home office teams to translate insights into strategy execution.
Compliance & Integrity:
- Follow applicable BMS policies/laws/codes and the Principles of Integrity.
Qualifications / Skills (Required unless noted):
- 5+ years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
- 5+ years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
- Bachelorโs degree or higher.
- Strong business acumen; clinical aptitude; effective verbal/written communication; organization/planning; stakeholder relationship skills; manage multiple projects; travel up to 70%; evenings/select weekends as needed.
- Preferred: marketing/sales management/launch experience; thought leader engagement, advisory boards, speakerโs bureau.
Compensation & Benefits:
- US (Field): $166,350โ$201,571.
