The Position
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director to identify unmet needs and gaps in care across health systems for patients with rare cardiovascular diseases, leveraging health information technologies and real-world evidence to close care gaps and improve patient identification and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with health systems to understand unmet needs in rare cardiovascular disease management.
- Assess where patients are missed or underdiagnosed and highlight barriers to care delivery.
- Collect real-world insights on system challenges, patient pathways, and access barriers.
- Facilitate dialogue with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to improve patient identification and care coordination.
- Communicate how health IT tools and real-world data can address gaps in diagnosis and treatment.
- Share insights with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to guide resource development and strategy.
- Ensure findings align with compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in health economics, outcomes research, medical affairs, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience working with health systems, payers, or research teams to identify gaps in care and assess value.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of EHR capabilities across different platforms.
- Ability to synthesize real-world insights and communicate value narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with real-world evidence generation and health system trends beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $140,000–$180,000, plus incentive compensation.
