Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison (HEOL) — Field-based (Remote, Midwestern United States)

Responsibilities:
- Have deep scientific knowledge of products/pipeline, target disease areas, and the competitive landscape
- Understand the access landscape, including payer policies and pathways in the NHL therapeutic area
- In close collaboration with the US Market Access team, execute engagement strategy for key HEOR customers for compliant delivery of pre-approval information exchange (PIE) and health care economic information (HCEI) materials
- Communicate economic and clinical content prepared by CORE to population health decision-makers (local/regional payers, GPOs, pathway organizations, IDNs, etc.)
- Provide medical/scientific education on target disease states and Genmab clinical trials to payers and population health decision-makers
- Deliver accurate and balanced PIE and HCEI using economic models and other value communication tools
- Present appropriate economic and clinical information to healthcare providers in response to unsolicited requests (as appropriate) in a fair and balanced manner
- Develop and establish relationships with key decision-makers and pursue collaboration opportunities
- Provide insights/feedback to CORE on emerging economic/clinical and real-world data that enhance value and appropriate use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CORE, US Medical Affairs, Field Medical Affairs, Market Access)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientific activities
- Professionally represent Genmab at select medical/scientific conferences (scientific coverage and competitive intelligence)

Qualifications:
- Advanced/scientific medical degree strongly preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS, etc.)
- Required: at least 5 years of field HEOR or Value Liaison experience generating and/or communicating meaningful evidence to US payers and population health decision-makers
- Preferred: experience in hematology/oncology
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare, payer, and market access environments
- Advanced understanding of population health and US decision-making across channels
- Expert technical knowledge of HEOR, including RWE, data analytics, and economic modeling
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a high-matrix environment
- Preferred: experience with product launches or demonstrated success as a product/therapeutic point
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a changing environment
- Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to corporate compliance policies
- Working knowledge of FDAMA 114, 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA, and related compliance regulations/guidelines
- Technical acumen including MS Office and Veeva PromoMats; ability to adapt and leverage multiple business applications
