Associate Director – HCP Strategy Lead, HIV Prevention

Join the US launch team for an investigational Phase III HIV prevention asset to lead HCP strategy development and execution. Drive end-to-end HCP approach from insight generation to strategy development, content creation (with agency and internal agile teams), and omnichannel delivery (sales force and non-personal promotion) to support successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies for US PrEP team (insight generation, priorities, targets, short- and long-term launch plans)
- Lead marketing foundations using L3 (strategic choices, segmentation, messaging, resource needs)
- Define market research objectives/data needs; translate insights into customer engagement
- Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives; coordinate across consumer/physician channels; secure approvals; ensure sales readiness and measurement plans
- Lead in a matrix environment: manage agencies and creative/media/comms/research/digital; guide end-to-end content from brief through delivery
- Develop digital marketing strategies (social, email, content)
- Track performance/analytics; optimize to maximize ROI
- Manage budget (tracking, forecasting, scenario planning)
- Ensure compliance with industry/regulatory guidelines; anticipate and mitigate regulatory risks

Education: Bachelor’s (BA/BS); MBA preferred.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years pharma/biotech; 5+ years brand marketing
- Knowledge of physician marketing channels/sales force engagement/content strategy/performance measurement
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills; comfort with data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with compliance/regulatory processes
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and translate strategy into executable plans with measurable KPIs
- Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity; influential collaborator

Preferred Skills:
- HIV treatment/prevention/public health experience; product launches/pre-launch commercialization
- HCP activation/engagement and agency experience
- Omnichannel + digital integration; agile marketing process

Location/Work Model: Upper Gwynedd, PA – Hybrid (3 days on-site/week). Travel: 25%.
