Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing (Skin, GI, and MSI-High CRC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual strategic planning (profit planning, budgeting, expense management)
- Drive HCP field execution across FIT, GKAMs, Team 4, Team 1, PMLS
- Support TBR processes and OKRs
- Manage the Skin, GI, and MSI-High CRC portfolio budget
- Lead planning for major congresses and engage scientific leaders
- Contribute to marketing strategy and key decisions
- Develop and execute competitive plans for Adjuvant Melanoma and GI portfolio
- Partner with Medical Affairs (V&I meetings, publications, MAT)
- Support digital strategy and OME implementation
- Collaborate with field leadership, operations, L&D, and ORT
- Monitor performance and support key processes (CAT, CRT, Veeva, Nexus)
- Serve as point of contact for Aquent/MCS
- Lead safety label updates (planning, prioritization, execution)

Education:
- Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS)
- Preferred: Masterโ€™s degree (MBA/MS)

Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical experience
- Strong marketing (strategy, tactics, performance tracking, competitive planning, product growth accountability)
- Translate complex clinical data into clear communications
- Strategic acumen and innovative, decision-ready mindset
- Excellent project management across multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building

Location: Upper Gwynedd Hybrid or USA Remote
