Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Shape the HCP strategy and lead the execution of branded personal and non-personal campaigns to engage healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with cross-functional launch readiness team members (Consumer, Market Development, Market Access) to align brand objectives
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional materials (brochures, presentations, and digital content) tailored to HCP audiences
- Support brand strategic and tactical plans, including brand planning, launch readiness, and business reviews for senior leadership
- Partner with the training team to co-create trainings for field teams
- Conduct market research to understand HCP needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Use data and insights to segment audiences, identify new opportunities, optimize activities, and establish/track KPIs
- Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and creative assets
- Ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory and legal requirements with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Marketing team

Knowledge And Skills
- Direct experience with communications review committee for review of tactics
- Experience in kidney and specialty product launch; ability to work in highly competitive markets
- Proven track record developing and executing successful HCP marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Advanced strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Excellent written communication, presentation delivery, and interpersonal skills
- Solid compliance mindset and integrity

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or scientific discipline
- Typically requires 8 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
