Lead the strategy development and execution of HCP professional marketing initiatives for RINVOQ in Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA), including AS/GCA strategy and tactics and broader cross-functional Rheumatology portfolio focused initiatives. Serve as subject matter expert for the Brand Team and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (Medical, Regulatory, HEOR, Market Research & Analytics, IRA, Market Access, Sales, Patient Services) to develop and lead HCP marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales, communicated clearly, implemented through omnichannel, and clinically/financially supported.

Responsibilities:
- Co-create with Rheumatology counterparts, IBT partners, business leaders, and internal cross-functional partners to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals, including patientsโ€™, market, and financial results
- Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process
- Demonstrate and utilize holistic understanding of financial planning
- Influence business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results
- Grow brand/product penetration, share, and awareness
- Direct and manage projects, including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks
- Agency relations and management

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience; HCP marketing experience required; Immunology leadership preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including writing strategic documents
- Strong collaboration and team orientation; ability to achieve results through others by influencing
- Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills
- Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred
