About the Role / Responsibilities:
- Own and execute innovative HCP educational initiatives (personal/non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer (P2P) engagement, national speaker bureau programs, and congress strategy) with Medical Communications (MedComm) and external agencies.
- Build and manage a National Speaker Bureau; identify, contract, and develop KOL speakers.
- Lead annual Speaker Bureau training; ensure compliant, on-label training.
- Identify and champion new P2P engagement formats.
- Lead national/regional medical congress presence (strategic planning to on-site execution).
- Coordinate congress activities: booth design, digital/print assets, scientific presentations, content development, and HCP engagements.
- Define and report success metrics.
- Serve as primary brand liaison to the MedComm Agency of Record.
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, on-brand execution.
- Manage program spend to budget with the financial business partner; foster compliance across initiatives/vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree + 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech brand management or marketing (commercial results track record).
- Strongly preferred: HCP personal and non-personal promotion experience.
- Preferred: experience with nationally recognized KOLs and managing external partners; specialty disease area experience.
- Plus: sales experience.
- Proven marketing strategy/tactics delivery; cross-functional collaboration; relationship-building/influencing without authority.
Travel: Occasional domestic travel (~10%).
Pay Range: $155,000.00β201,500.00 annually.
