Associate Director (AD) for IBS (Linzess and Viberzi) β lead HCP strategy and execution for the brands, including personal promotional initiatives and coordination with cross-functional partners for P2P, advisory boards, congresses, and advocacy efforts. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (including the sales force) to enable an integrated, successful brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Directors and business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve patientsβ, market, and financial results.
- Lead and manage the HCP team and external partnerships.
- Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
- Manage and monitor P&L for brand responsibilities.
- Grow brand/product penetration, share, and awareness.
- Develop next-generation product and/or product enhancements using the patient journey.
- Direct and manage projects, including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated leadership without direct authority.
- Strong oral and written communication; ability to present to internal/external customers, sales teams, and senior management.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to evolving matrix marketing roles.
