Associate Director (AD) for IBS (Linzess and Viberzi) β lead HCP strategy and execution for the brands.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on personal promotional initiatives, including developing ISA strategy, iRep, print materials, website, and digital assets.
- Partner cross-functionally for P2P, ad boards, congresses, and advocacy efforts.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (including sales force) to deliver an integrated brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve patient, market, and financial results.
- Lead and manage direct HCP team and external partnerships.
- Influence business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
- Manage and monitor P&L for brand responsibilities.
- Grow brand/product penetration, share, and awareness.
- Develop next-generation product and/or product enhancements leveraging the patient journey.
- Direct and manage projects to execute marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience.
- At least 3 years marketing experience with a track record of leadership without direct authority.
- Strong oral/written communication; ability to make influential presentations to internal/external customers, sales teams, and senior management.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to evolving matrix marketing roles.
