Associate Director (AD) will lead HCP strategy and tactical execution for CREON. Develop and articulate marketing strategies for key stakeholders, leading personal and non-personal promotional initiatives including ISA strategy, iRep, print materials, website, and digital assets, and partnering cross-functionally for P2P, advisory boards, congresses, and advocacy. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including the sales force, to enable an integrated brand strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing, agency partners, and cross-functional leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals (patientsโ€™, market, and financial results).
- Lead and manage direct HCP team of three and external partnerships.
- Influence business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
- Use financial planning and metrics, including direct management and monitoring of P&L.
- Drive market growth, brand/disease state awareness, and share.
- Develop next-generation products and/or enhancements leveraging the patient journey.
- Develop innovative tactics; direct and manage projects to execute marketing plans and initiatives.
- Provide leadership, direction, and development for three direct reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree in science/business/healthcare preferred.
- Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency; ideally relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies (advertising, digital, database) and internal cross-functional partners.
- Ability to influence senior management in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong planning/organization, diligence, execution, and follow-through.
- People leadership experience strongly preferred.
