Position Purpose:
- Associate Director, HCP Marketing (reporting to Executive Director, Marketing). Own HCP activities including disease education (DE) campaign development/deployment and a branded campaign for a potential launch of zorevunersen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy the DE campaign (second half of 2026) and evolve strategy/tactics for a potential launch (late 2027/early 2028).
- Own media plan and non-personal promotional program execution; develop KPI plan to measure success and drive evolution.
- Contribute significantly to HCP branded campaign and tactics.
- Own congress strategy and execution with Medical Affairs and other stakeholders.
- Lead development and execution of market research generating actionable insights.
- Provide oversight of marketing agencies/external partners to ensure seamless execution and optimization.
- Build and strengthen cross-functional stakeholder relationships for long-range plans and initiatives.
- Lead the MLR process for HCP tactics.
- Collaborate with the Sales team (post-hire) on tactical plan development and training/rollout at Sales meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8+ years of HCP Marketing experience in biopharma.
- Strong track record in developing/executing non-personal promotional programs.
- Proven ability to deliver robust tactical plans on time and within budget.
- Experience in a small or medium-sized company.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Individual contributor (subject to change).
- 30% domestic travel (majority East Coast).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $201,000–$251,000; plus annual bonus and equity participation.
