Responsibilities:
- Lead HCP marketing strategy to support U.S. launch of avexitide for post-bariatric hypoglycemia (PBH)
- Identify/prioritize HCP targets (early adopters, influencers, thought leaders) to shape segmentation, messaging, and engagement
- Develop and deploy unbranded/branded educational materials and speaker/engagement content across personal and non-personal channels
- Partner with Sales and Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) to align field strategies and ensure consistent execution across regions
- Create field-facing resources and training (e.g., leave-behinds, visual aids, digital content) to support effective HCP conversations
- Plan and execute HCP conferences/symposiums; manage booth presence and sponsored programs
- Plan and execute advisory boards and speaker programs (including content development)
- Oversee budget accruals/forecasts/actuals and manage projects to scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage end-to-end development/review/approval, printing, and fulfillment of HCP-facing materials
- Manage agencies/partners; ensure MLR compliance
- Use customer/market insights and performance data to optimize programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree
- 8+ years pharma/biotech experience; 3+ years HCP Marketing
- Proven HCP engagement strategy success; experience partnering with field teams/Sales/TLLs
- Ability to translate complex clinical info into HCP promotional messaging
- Strong project management; manage partners/budgets; navigate MLR reviews
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PharmD preferred)
- Rare disease or product launch experience; digital HCP engagement and thought-leader familiarity
Compensation:
- Estimated pay range: $193,000β$217,000 USD
