Role Summary
Associate Director, Global Strategic Marketing β INLEXZO will lead and support the commercial strategy, launch excellence, and lifecycle management for Gem-iDRS in the J&J bladder cancer portfolio. The role will contribute to optimizing the value of the global J&J bladder cancer portfolio by collaborating with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution. The position reports to the Sr Director, Global Commercial Strategy β INLEXZO and is based in Raritan, NJ with up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of overarching bladder portfolio strategy and how INLEXZO and iDRS plays critical role in establishing J&J as a leader in this space
- Coordinate with key cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Market Access, MR, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, regions) to ensure insights are embedded into strategies.
- Lead and support commercial strategy, launch excellence driven through capturing and embedding regional insights and learnings into future market launches and strategy
- Partner with Medical, Marketing and Market Access and regions to ensure continuous learning and market readiness for the launch of SR1 & SR5/SR3 & coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Develop Account Solutions to support expanded capacity for patient access
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand treater base through tools development, education, and INLEXZO resources to support broadening indications
- Partner across a diverse matrix of business partners to optimize key project deliverables and ensure alignment across the portfolio.
Education
- Required: A minimum of a bachelorβs degree is required.
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Required: An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.
- Required: Ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data as well as MR, RWE and regional feedback is required.
- Preferred: A minimum of 3 years demonstrated in-line marketing, market access, marketing support, insights & analytics or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy is preferred.
- Preferred: Product launch and experience is preferred.
