Responsible for managing a team of approximately 7-10 Site Management Leads within specified therapeutic areas. Drives cohesive site management strategy and execution for Clinical Site Management (CSM) deliverables, ensuring compliance and quality. Accountable for team resourcing, onboarding, training, and performance. Provides strategic oversight of studies, conducts project reviews, identifies risks, and leads process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of clinical research experience (including 3 years in project management/line management)
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
