Associate Director, Global Program Management

Role: Global Program Management (GPM) Associate Director/Director overseeing drug development lifecycle management, with a focus on strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination in biopharma. Responsibilities: lead global development programs, develop and maintain project schedules, facilitate team communication, identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and budgets, and support process improvements. Require strong leadership in program strategy execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s degree with 6+ years in clinical/drug development within biotech/pharma, proficiency in project management tools, and PMP certification a plus. High-Value: experience in late-stage development, cross-functional collaboration, risk and dependency management, and process improvement initiatives. Work Setup: travel as needed, primarily based in a professional environment supportive of leadership in clinical and development operations.
