Role Summary

The Associate Director, Global Pricing and Access leads market access, payer evidence, and pricing strategies for the Alzheimer’s Disease and neurodegeneration portfolio, integrating value considerations into development and commercialization. The role involves engaging with external stakeholders, negotiating reimbursement submissions, and developing access strategies and evidence generation to shape future access for therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and daily execution of the Value and Access workstreams for the ADD portfolio.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the product development and commercialization teams, influencing life cycle planning.
  • Oversee the development of market access tools to secure pricing, reimbursement, and access for current and future products.
  • Leverage interactions with regional and affiliate Market Access Networks to ensure coordinated global and regional strategies.
  • Develop and communicate long-range Value and Access strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio.
  • Represent the company at scientific and technical external events.
  • Engage closely with internal teams to elevate market access acumen across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctorate in a related economic, scientific, or business discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant pricing and access experience, including a strong understanding of the payer environment globally.
  • Experience in developing global payer policy and strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical product development or commercialization.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within short timeframes.
  • Preferred: Experience with innovative contracting proposals.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of health technologies assessment and health policy.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of developing therapeutic expertise.
