Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field; 8+ years in biotech, pharma, or CRO operations with experience in outsourcing, budgeting, and contracts; 3+ years leading teams or complex projects; proficiency with clinical systems such as Veeva and CTMS; strong negotiation, financial, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred: Experience with global clinical studies across multiple phases, knowledge of fair market value, coverage analysis, billing compliance, and international site negotiations. High-value specifics include supporting oncology or infectious disease trials, with an emphasis on immunotherapy platforms like ANKTIVA, and managing workflows in GxP environments.
