Associate Director, Global Outsourcing & Budget Management

Role: The Associate Director, Global Outsourcing and Budget Management oversees clinical sourcing, contracting, budgeting, and supplier management for global clinical studies at ImmunityBio. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, negotiating contracts and budgets with investigators and vendors, overseeing compliance and change workflows, and monitoring supplier performance. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of operations supporting worldwide clinical trials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field; 8+ years in biotech, pharma, or CRO operations with experience in outsourcing, budgeting, and contracts; 3+ years leading teams or complex projects; proficiency with clinical systems such as Veeva and CTMS; strong negotiation, financial, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred: Experience with global clinical studies across multiple phases, knowledge of fair market value, coverage analysis, billing compliance, and international site negotiations. High-value specifics include supporting oncology or infectious disease trials, with an emphasis on immunotherapy platforms like ANKTIVA, and managing workflows in GxP environments.
