Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategies aligned to β€œL3” with cross-functional partners.
- Support disease area assessment (burden of disease, patient journeys, unmet need, competitive landscape, pipeline).
- Provide commercial leadership for launch readiness, data gaps/approaches, customer interactions, market research, demand/revenue forecasting, budgeting, events/congresses, and agency partner management.
- Own launch and commercialization strategies; deliver global strategy, execution plans, tactics, and materials.
- Generate quantitative/qualitative market and customer insights for portfolio/indication opportunities.
- Create launch/inline indication materials; ensure compliance standards/approvals and refresh updates.
- Lead strategic communication objectives, omnichannel/content development, and measure impact across channels.
- Partner with agencies to develop customer resources and manage PRT approvals.
- Collaborate with regions/markets; incorporate regional/country feedback.
- Update Women’s cancers portfolio playbook and external narrative; support implementation.
- Engage with IMO content squads on priority setting, execution, and performance tracking.
- Lead operational efficiency and innovation initiatives using data/analytics/digital; drive One Team best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong written/verbal/presentation skills
- Business acumen; problem solving; lead complex initiatives; influence without authority; work cross-functionally
- Ability to work through ambiguity; articulate insights/strategies
- Ability to interpret complex scientific/clinical data

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PharmD; oncology experience; in-market launch/campaign/message development
- Scientific background; experience with market research/forecasting/customer interactions/disease strategy; agency/vendor management
