Associate Director, Global Marketing MMRV Strategy
Position Overview
- Lead global marketing strategy and execution for the MMRV (measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella) franchise, with senior leadership exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead Varicella launch activities across multiple markets.
- Partner with regional leads and country teams to drive global MMRV strategy and prioritized deliverables.
- Lead franchise supply and demand management through Global S&OP and Command Center (global supply/allocation, tender strategy, and National Immunization Programs scenario planning).
- Support product development team sub-team work to secure endorsements of relevant global strategies.
- Lead brand execution of the L3 framework with a global cross-functional team and country input.
- Manage global cross-functional team meetings.
- Drive global market research initiatives to inform strategy and/or support local execution.
- Develop and maintain global promotional content for the franchise.
- Support wider pediatric vaccines franchises as business needs align.
Education
- Required: BA/BS.
- Preferred: MBA in business administration, health policy, or health economics; scientific background preferred.
Qualifications
- 5+ years combined experience in access, marketing, health policy, or commercial operations.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply/demand planning.
- Ability to anticipate/respond to market/competitive changes in tendering, pricing, and brand strategies.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; creative, customer/market approaches.
- Cross-functional, cross-cultural influencing/negotiation and collaboration.
- Strong financial/business acumen; communications; project management; L3 framework knowledge.
- Promo development, approval, and deployment (global or local).
