Role: Associate Director of Global Medical Neuroscience, Psychiatry Medical Strategy, supporting development and execution of disease-specific medical strategies within psychiatry. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams on medical planning, including safety, scientific advisory boards, congress support, real-world data, and publications; engage with external thought leaders and academic centers; provide medical insights to align commercial and research efforts; support clinical research activities; contribute to brand planning and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD or equivalent; 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biopharma development, ideally in Psychiatry or Neurology; strong understanding of drug development, clinical research, and medical affairs; global experience preferred. Skills: strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and project management.
