Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications, supporting the development and execution of scientific communication strategies for BMS's Neuroscience portfolio, including neurology, neuropsychiatry, Alzheimer's, and neurodegeneration. Responsibilities: lead scientific content creation—publications, congress materials, medical education—aligning with global medical strategies; serve as a subject matter expert; ensure ethical, compliant dissemination of data; collaborate across functions (Medical Strategy, Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR); foster relationships with external experts; support process improvements and metrics tracking; mentor junior staff and contribute to team culture. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD), 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare communications; strong understanding of biopharma drug development, especially in Neuroscience; experience managing global, matrixed projects; knowledge of GPP, ICMJE guidelines, publication practices; excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; experience with publication tools and global markets; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
